Class Registration Policy
Thank you for choosing Climbax! To ensure that students are able to take full advantage of the many classes we
offer, we ask that students review our Class Registration Policy prior to registration:

Please keep in mind, space is limited. Students must register at least 5 hours before the start time of class to reserve a spot.

You cannot miss more than 2 classes consecutively without staff approval or your package expires.

We do reserve the right to cancel class sizes under 3 students.

Please Note: You will not be admitted into the class if you miss the registration deadline without staff approval.

Students must arrive by the start time of their registered class. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed into class. Our instructors utilize the entirety of class time to teach their students choreography, skills, and techniques that will not be retaught due to tardiness.

No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

We understand scheduling conflicts. Students may cancel a class within 5 hours of the registered class start time by cancelling via the website or emailing climbaxllc@gmail.com. If a student fails to cancel a class and does not show up, the student will forfeit their credit for the said class and will not receive a refund.

If students cancel class within the allotted time, the class will be used as a credit.

COVID-19 Disclaimer
Safety is our top priority. Climbax has more than enough space to ensure that all participants are at least 6-8ft apart. Masks are a mandated requirement. Sanitizer is provided and readily available throughout the studio. We are willing to accommodate or discuss other spacing inquiries for classes or pole parties.
